Seventy-eight projects at a total cost of £4.7 million over three years were approved in 1983–84. Fifty-one of these were listed in my right hon. Friend's reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Crawley (Mr. Soames) on 9 February 1984 at columns 756–60, and the further 27 are as follows:
