asked the Secretary of State for Wales at what date the Caerphilly miners' hospital was renamed the Caerphilly and district hospital; and what consultation preceded such change.

The Caerphilly district miners' hospital has not been renamed. An incorrect name appeared in last year's publication of "Key Statistical Indicators" but the correct name will appear in this year's publication to be issued shortly.
