§ Mr. Allan StewartAt the request of my right hon. Friend, the Scottish Development Agency is discussing with Trafalgar House the possible acquisition of any land surplus to Scott Lithgow's requirements with a view to the initiation of measures to help the Inverclyde economy, in which the agency will be co-operating fully with the local authorities and other interests.
