§ Mr. TrippierIt is clear from the views put forward by industry, commerce and the professions in response to the February. 1981 Green Paper on "A New Form of Incorporation for Small Firms" (Cmnd 8171) that there is insufficient support for the creation of a new form of incorporation for small firms to justify any early legislation in this matter.
