HC Deb 25 April 1984 vol 58 c522W
Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what response is being made to the request of the Group for Education in Museums for a meeting with the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State to discuss the problems of museum education services if the proposals in "Streamlining the Cities" are passed.

Mr. Waldegrave

I shall be writing to the group suggesting that it considers the announcement made by my noble Friend, the Minister for the Arts, on 11 April at column1268. If the group is still concerned I would then consider a meeting with it.
