§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Transport why it took 24 days to send the letter, acknowledging the letter of 16 March from the hon. Member for South Hams about updating the charges for the removal of abandoned vehicles, which stated that the letter had been passed to the Home Office for reply.
