§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Prime Minister if, in view of the information which she has received, she will call in independent private sector auditors to examine the summarised accounts of the National Health Service 1982–83 before they are certified by the Comptroller and Auditor General.
§ The Prime MinisterI wrote to my hon. Friend on 5 April 1984 and can add only that the summarised accounts of the National Health Service 1982–83 have already been certified by the Comptroller and Auditor General who intends, I understand, to lay them before the House within the next few days.
