§ Mr. Greenwayasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) why the list of submissions appended to the published report of the inspector on the planning appeal by the London borough of Ealing against the National Gypsy Council's application for planning permission in respect of Kensington road, Northolt did not include the submission made by the hon. Member for Ealing, North;
(2) if he will order a new inquiry into the planning application in respect of Kensington road, Northolt, so that the timeous evidence presented by the hon. Member for Ealing, North may be taken into account.
