Mr. Gould

asked the Prime Minister what are the reasons why the detailed rules, as distinct from general principles, regarding the avoidance of conflicts of interest in their official capacities, differ as between Ministers and civil servants.

asked the Prime Minister if the financial interests of members of the immediate family are regarded as relevant to questions of potential conflicts of interest arising in the course of the performance of official duties by civil servants.
