HC Deb 13 April 1984 vol 58 c405W
Mr. Neale

asked the Attorney-General if the Lord Chancellor will publish all the observations which he receives from interested parties who have or are to be consulted on the plans relating to the proposed construction of new Crown courts at Truro.

The Attorney-General

Copies of the relevant correspondence between the Property Services Agency and the Carrick district council on the proposed new Crown court building at Truro have been placed in the Library. A number of detailed comments have been made, orally and in writing, on such matters as custody, accommodation and car parking by those consulted on the outline plans. It is not the practice to publish all such comments, but it is open to those concerned to make their views known if they wish.
