§ Mr. StanleyAs part of our plans set out in DOGI) 84/02 to raise Territorial Army units from British citizens resident on the continent, we intend to form a Territorial Army Royal Engineer troop, some 30 strong, from British nationals living in Berlin. We hope to begin recruiting shortly.
