§ Mr. MacfarlanePlant and machinery at the royal parks is at present maintained by the Crown suppliers. I am currently assessing the results of a pilot scheme under which the plant and machinery at Richmond park was maintained by a private contractor. I shall let my hon. Friend know the outcome as soon as possible.
