§ Mr. ButlerIt is envisaged that the Milk Marketing Board for Northern Ireland will be responsible for implementing milk production quotas. Detailed arrangements for calculating individual quotas have not yet been worked out, but consideration will be given to what arrangements can be made for difficult cases. An announcement will be made as soon as possible.
