§ Mr. WaddingtonThe treatment of Commonwealth citizens seeking entry to the United Kingdom is governed by the Immigration Act and the immigration rules approved by Parliament, under which Commonwealth citizens must in general satisfy the same tests as non-Commonwealth citizens in order to qualify for admission.
