§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeFamily planning clinics receive no specific grants from our Department. The basic criteria applied in considering grants to national family planning organisations are the same as those applied in relation to other voluntary organisations seeking Departmental support. In addition we judge each application on its merits taking account of the work of the particular family planning organisations concerned.
