§ Mr. Peter Bruinvelsasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) how many people in Leicester are currently registered for the youth training scheme;
(2) if he will make a statement on the current drop-out rate of young people on the youth training scheme; and what plans he has to counteract it;
(3) how many people are currently registered for the youth training scheme; and how those figures compare with 1983.
