§ Sir Keith JosephI understand that Her Majesty's inspectors hope to complete their report on the effects of local education authorities' expenditure policies in 1983, shortly after Easter. I intend to publish that report as soon as possible after I receive it. If the hon. Member's concern is wider than expenditure considerations, he may be interested to read the review of the HMI reports published in the first half of 1983, which was published last week under the title "Education Observed".
