§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Prime Minister what representations she has had from the board of the division of social responsibility of the Methodist Church with regard to the proposed legislation to cancel the May 1985 elections for the Greater London Council and the Metropolitan county councils; what reply she is sending; and if she will make a statement.
§ The Prime MinisterI received a letter from the division of social responsibility of the Methodist Church on 5 April 1984 which was acknowledged the same day. I have asked the Department of the Environment to reply on my behalf.
