§ Mr. MacGregorThe reference quantity set for France will be 25.585 million tonnes in 1984–85 and 25.325 million tonnes in 1985–86. These represent reductions in deliveries of 525,000 tonnes and 785,000 tonnes respectively compared with estimated deliveries in 1983.
