§ The Prime MinisterWe will continue to seek a better relationship between East and West. The recent visit of Mr. Kornienko, the Soviet First Deputy Foreign Minister, to London enabled us to begin to add substance to our dialogue with the Soviet Union, and we hope that my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, visit to Moscow in July will be a further step in that direction.
