I refer the hon. Members to the reply given to the right hon. Member for Brent, East (Mr. Freesort) on 5 April, at column664 in which my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Defence Procurement said that two defence communications satellites were currently being built in this country as part of the Skynet programme.
