§ Mr. Dubsasked the Attorney-General if the Government have decided to take any action regarding the report of the Law Commission on breach of confidence which was laid before the House in October 1981.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Government are favourably disposed towards the recommendations of the Law Commission's report. However, implementation of the report depends upon there being available a suitable legislative opportunity.
