§ Mr. Alexander FletcherSeveral hon. Members have asked for comments on a letter which they have received from the chief executive and clerk of the West Yorkshire metropolitan county council conveying the decision by the council's consumer protection committee to raise with the Association of Metropolitan Authorities the question of member authorities' enforcement of the Textile Products (Indications of Fibre Content) Regulations. Representations have also been received from the wool textile and clothing industry action committee.
