Mr. Dubs

asked the Secretary of State for Defence how many personal injury claims have been made against his Department since 1969 for torts committed by soldiers on duty in Northern Ireland; how many were (a) settled out of court, and (b) decided after court proceedings; and how many claims were resolved in the plaintiff's favour.
