asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what action is being taken against Monteagle Marketing Ltd. and Ulferts Service (UK) Ltd. regarding their failure to comply with the provisions of the Companies Acts in relation to the registration of associate directorships and inaccuracies in their accounts.
