§ Mr. David MitchellThe Lighthouse Finance Committee consists of officials of the marine directorate 29W of my Department, together with such representatives of Trinity House, the Northern Lighthouse Board, the Commissioners of Irish Lights, the Lights Advisory Committee, the Lighthouse Research Policy Committee, Messrs. Quilter Goodison and Company, and the Irish Department of Communications, as those bodies wish to be present.
