§ Mrs. FennerCurrent proposals for new bread and flour regulations retain the present requirement that flour should contain specified quantities of certain vitamins and minerals. Proposals to amend the Food Labelling Regulations 1980 include provisions laying down certain nutritional requirements for foods intended for consumption by diabetics or as diet replacements for slimmers.
