Mr. Rooker

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what proportion of income recipients receive investment income; and how such income is distributed amongst (a) the richest 1 per cent., (b) the richest 5 per cent., (c) the richest 10 per cent. and (d) the richest 25 per cent. of income recipients.
