Dr. Roger Thomas

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many places are provided by each of the responsible local authorities in Wales for children who have severe educational, behavioural and psychological difficulties in specially designated schools; and how many places for such children are available in schools not directly under the control of local education authorities.
