§ Mr. Clifford Forsytheasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will estimate the average increase in cost that will have to be paid on home improvement grants in Northern Ireland because of the Budget change in value-added tax for home improvements.
§ Mr. Chris PattenThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, but I understand from the chairman that the average increase in approved costs is estimated at some £860 per case.
