§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what arrangemens his Department has for receiving reports of any incidents involving leaks or discharges of toxic or radioactive substance by United States establishments, vehicles or vessels in Scotland.
§ Mr. AncramWithin central Government, the Ministry of Defence would receive the first notification of any such incident. The extent of my right hon. Friend's subsequent involvement would depend on the circumstances.
§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has been informed of any radioactive leak, discharge or contamination in relation to the USS Sam Rayburn or any other United States naval vessel at Holy Loch or any other location off the Scottish coast at any time in the last three months.
