Mr. Harrison

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will make it his policy to reply personally to all future questions arising from flooding in the city of Wakefield tabled by the right hon. Member for Wakefield; and if he will make a statement;

(2) why he did not call for a report on the damage sustained by the domestic, commercial and industrial properties in the city of Wakefield following the flooding there on 9 December 1983; and if he will make a statement;

(3) why he did not call for a report on the damage sustained by domestic, commercial and industrial properties in the city of Wakefield following the flooding there on 1 June 1983; and if he will make a statement.
