§ Mr. RidleyIt would not be right in present circumstances to impose any substantial additional costs 539W on local education authorities. The proposals for consolidating the public service vehicle carrying capacity regulations will therefore be amended so as to leave unchanged the effective age of the three for two concession for children travelling to or from school or on journeys as part of the school curriculum.
