asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he now has any plans to revise the rate support grant payable for 1984–85 in respect of Liverpool city council.

Liverpool's 1984–85 RSG entitlement, like that of all other local authorities, may be amended in the summer to take account of GRE changes arising from new data, possible changes in respect of interest rates, and any grant holdback which may arise if the authority budgets to exceed its 1984–85 expenditure target.
