§ Mr. Steenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the current number of vacant or derelict, houses, offices, factories or other properties belonging to his Department; and what are his plans to sell or otherwise utilise them.
§ Mr. JoplingThere are currently 109 vacant properties, mainly dwellings, owned by the Department of which 96 are on ex-Land Settlement Association estates and are included in the sales programme announced by my predecessor in December 1982. The future of the remaining 13 is under consideration.
