- 2 Offices, both to be sold;
- 59 Houses, 23 of which are to be sold.
- 10 to be let pending demolition for road
562 schemes, - 24 to be demolished for road schemes, and
- 2 held for Custodians of Ancient Monuments, currently unoccupied;
- 3 Shops, 2 of which are to be sold, and
- 1 to be demolished for a road scheme.
