HC Deb 04 April 1984 vol 57 c539W
Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Attorney-General by what date he now expects the investigations of the Director of Public Prosecutions into Corporate Management Planning Ltd. under section 41 of the Companies Act 1967 to be concluded; and if he will make a statement.

The Attorney-General

The Director of Public Prosecutions has received the result of the further police inquiries which he had requested. This has been considered and the Director has decided to seek the advice of counsel as quickly as possible on the question of criminal proceedings. I can reassure the right hon. Member that this is being dealt with as a matter of urgency.
