§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithA number of the Balmoral field licensees are discussing with my Department various oil and gas development proposals unconnected with the Balmoral field; no further proposals have been put forward by Sun Oil itself, although it is a partner amongst others in certain of the proposals.
It is not appropriate to publish details of these discussions as they are commercially confidential.
