Mr. Proctor

asked the Prime Minister if she will publish in the Official Report the allocation of public funds to the National Health Service in (a) 1983–84, estimated, (b) 1978–79, (c) 1973–74, (d) 1968–69 and (e) 1963–64; what proportion these figures represent of total public expenditure in each case; and what has been the percentage increase in real terms in each intervening period.
