§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether his Department has been informed of any leakage of radioactive material or other malfunction involving the atomic reactor or other radiation source in relation to the USS Sam Raeburn on 27 February.
§ Mr. AncramI received no notification of any incident such as the hon. Member indicates. I understand from inquiries I have made that no accidents of any kind occurred at the Holy Loch on 27 February affecting the USS Sam Raeburn nor any other ship.
