Friend the Minister for Overseas Development and my noble Friend the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonweath Affairs on 11 October. Discussions covered the current situation in Sri Lanka and other topics of mutual interest, including our decision announced on 7 October to provide an additional £10 million of grant aid for the Victoria dam.
