§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThe Cork report contained a large number of complex and interdependent recommendations and it has therefore been a lengthy task to evaluate them all. We intend to issue a White Paper on insolvency law reform early in the new year with a view to legislation at the earliest opportunity.
