§ Mr. Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the total amount of registration fees paid to the Council for National Academic Awards in respect of students studying at Scottish educational establishments during session 1981–82 and 1982–83 by (a) the Scottish Education Department, (b) home-based students not in receipt of a Scottish Education Department grant and (c) overseas students.
