§ Mr. HurdThe figures, excluding maintenance, for improvements to officers' accommodation for the last three financial years are as follows:
£ 1980–81 4,000 1981–82 115,000 1982–83 198,000 The major projects covered by this expenditure, which are largely completed, are the provision of central heating in some 200 quarters and refurbishing existing officers' fiats for bachelor accommodation.
