§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action he proposes to take to fulfil the pledge given by the Minister of State, Scottish Office, to the Scottish Federation of Fishing Co-operatives that representatives of the co-operative sector of fishing would be appointed to the Sea Fish Industry Authority.
§ Mr. John MacKayFisheries Ministers are presently considering the membership of the Sea Fish Industry Authority. The possible appointment of a person with experience of a fishing co-operative will be borne in mind.
