§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for Health and Social Services on what date the amendments relating to access to children in care (sections 6 and 7 of the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983) will come into force.
§ Mr. NewtonWe aim to bring in section 6 of the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act towards the end of January 1984. I understand that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland intends to bring in section 7 at about the same time.
