Enoch Powellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what functions, other than training of the Belize defence force, have been agreed for the units of the armed forces of the United Kingdom in Belize for the purposes of paragraph 2 of the British Note of 1 December 1981.
