§ Mr. WhitneyThe following member states have contributed to the United Nations voluntary fund for victims of torture:
- Cyprus
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Federal Republic of Germany
- Greece
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Norway
- Sweden
The question of a contribution by the United Kingdom is at present under consideration. The fund is also open to contributions from individuals, which may be sent to the Centre for Human Rights, Palais des Nations, Geneva.
