§ Mr. WaldegraveStatutory water suppliers in England and Wales already have programmes for monitoring the levels of lead in water. Facts about these monitoring programmes and remedial action being taken as a result are contained in the Government response, published this September, to the Royal Commission on environmental pollution's report on lead in the environment.
