§ The Prime MinisterAs part of the continuing process of consultation on the question of Hong Kong's future, I met the governor of Hong Kong and the unofficial members of Hong Kong's Executive Council in London on 7 October. We had a valuable exchange of views and there was complete understanding on the issues involved.
